Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day administrative responsibilities to support the Andrew Liddell Real Estate Pty Ltd business
- Manage administration, preparation, and co-ordination of all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process including clients, suppliers, and vendor management
- Support with diary management for the Sales Agent / Director and broader team where applicable
- Attend and manage out of office appointments including but not limited to photoshoots, building and pest inspections, pre-settlement inspections
- Project management of house preparation for the purpose of sale
- Support management of Agent Database and Stock Sheets
- Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations
- Organising and preparing the Sales Agents for open houses & auctions
- Manage the exchange to settlement period between vendor, buyers & solicitors including submitting invoices
- Invoicing and accounts managements
- Assisting with phone and email queries regarding properties for sale when required.

- A current Real Estate Certificate and a clean driver’s license, access to a car is essential
